Blogging Break?

I guess I ended up taking the entire month of April off from posting on my blog. Probably by now no one is even checking to see if I have a new post.

What did I do with all the time I wasn't blogging?

• Working on the house - we are not finished by a long shot, but the new carpet, paint, bathroom sink and vanity, lights, furniture and etc are all making the house look alot better than a few months ago!


• Unpacking - First Response and Certified Restoration Dry Cleaning brought back all our belongings in about 400 cardboard boxes. Each item delicately (and annoyingly) wrapped in foam, cello tape or tissue paper. The unpacking is going slow because we are rarely home more than a few hours at a time.


• Soccer - Tilly is on the Northwood Soccer Club's travel soccer team this year. She practices 3 times a week and has games all over. We were in Marion last weekend.


• Baseball - Cooper's games have begun, I think their is only one Saturday in the whole month of May that he does not have a game...it is tomorrow. (but he does have a 3 hour practice tomorrow)


• Jail Ministry - I have begun a new bible study class every other Friday night at the Elkhart County Jail. I am truly the one being blessed by my time there.


• Church - I am still involved with the youth ministry, planning VBS, and other ministries at the church...which by the way has officially changed it's name and denomination. We are Grace Point, An Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
